The LittleRed X1D-54 compact infrared oven is equipped with a 54 in. (137.2 cm) wide conveyor belt and a heating chamber with a "boost zone" to quickly reach cure temperatures.
The 48 in. (122 cm) wide heater offers 8,100 watts of power and features closely spaced coils that provide high-density, medium-wavelength infrared heat for maximum cure speed without cold spots or under-curing. The heaters of all Vastex ovens carry an industry-leading 15-year warranty.
The unit's Infrared Focusing System adjusts belt-to-heater clearance and heater angle to accommodate bulky items. A dual digital PID temperature controller accurately maintains temperatures to +/-1°F (+/-0.5°C).
The powered exhaust system removes moisture and air contaminants at a rate of 280 CFM (7.9 CMM), while cooling the housing and controls.
A Teflon®-coated fiberglass belt with alignment tracking system is standard. Other mesh belts for high-heat and/or sanitary applications are optional.
The capacity (belt speed) of LittleRed®, EconoRed™, and BigRed® 4D Series (shown) conveyor ovens can be doubled or tripled as new or when needs increase by simply adding one or two modular heating chambers and extending the conveyor belt. This eliminates the need to invest in a larger oven than you need at the onset, and avoids the high cost of purchasing a new oven when your needs increase.
