
The multi-purpose LittleRed X3D Series infrared ovens, with 30, 54 or 78 in. (76.2, 137 or 198 cm) widths, feature a high-powered boost zone that rockets substrate temperatures past 300°F (149°C) within the first several inches (centimeters) of conveyor travel, exposing items to efficient at-cure temperatures sooner, allowing increased conveyor belt speeds and oven output.
All are equipped with three heaters and powerful exhaust systems to rapidly remove moisture and air contaminates from the heating chamber, as well as cool the skin and controls.
The infrared heaters are digitally controlled and height-adjustable to maximize curing efficiency as items are conveyed through the heating chamber, providing the precision-thermal-profiling (PTP) needed to match curing conditions to the drying characteristics of the process.
The conveyor belt is continuously centered by a roller belt tracking system and is driven at precisely controlled speeds to vary dwell time in single-chamber units from 30 seconds to four minutes, and up to eight minutes in dual chamber models.
A Teflon®-coated fiberglass belt with alignment tracking system is standard. Stainless steel mesh belts for high-heat and/or sanitary applications are optional.
The infinitely variable belt speed (capacity) of all LittleRed ovens can be doubled or tripled as new or retrofit by adding one or two heating chambers and lengthening the conveyor belt, preventing obsolescence when needs increase.
The heaters of all Vastex ovens carry a 5-year warranty, and feature closely spaced coils that provide high-density, medium-wavelength infrared heat for maximum cure speed without cold spots or under curing.

The capacity (belt speed) of LittleRed®, EconoRed™, and BigRed® 4D Series (shown) conveyor ovens can be doubled or tripled as new or when needs increase by simply adding one or two modular heating chambers and extending the conveyor belt. This eliminates the need to invest in a larger oven than you need at the onset, and avoids the high cost of purchasing a new oven when your needs increase.
